Management nees major improvement, neighbors are TOO noisey, Maintenance is SLOW, all this on top of NOT FEELING SAFE at your own home... vehicle broken into in the middle of a day. There are 3 entrance gates; 1 has been gated off for about a year and the two main gates have been "broken" for months. It?s pathetic. You put in a wok order and it takes YOU having to call and see what?s going on even though they promised you a time and day. Too many suspicious people roaming the complex. People drive around with their stereos blasting late at night. The bus passes right through Bluff Springs at the light at William Cannon. It?s always noisey there and hard to turn right because of the bus drivers who think they should always get proirity to other vehicles. If you want to go to the hot tub good luck trying to get it at a time that it's actually working. It wasn't always like this. When I lived here in 2001, the complex was managed better and much better. One of the few things I still like is the natural beauty of the complex... big trees, well kept landscape for the most part. The apt, itself if home-y that's why I chose this complex. However, something is always wrong with something here. It's a never ending uphill battle. I am not happy and am looking forward to the end of my lease.
