At first the apartments didn't seem that bad! And really I havent' had too many problems, unless you think moving into a dirty apartment is a problem. Oh yeah, and roaches in your apartment when you first move in. which means you can never really get rid of them. I asked for washer and dryer when I first moved in confirmed twice that I was number 5 on the list well, it;s been 9 months and still no washer and dryer. I had to keep asking about putting my number in the gate system, not that it matters, b.c. it never works. We didn't get a water bill this month, so when I called to ask about it, she just said pay what you paid last month and we'll let you know if you owe something, so basically was gonna double my bill next month and not tell us anything. They said they sent out a notice, but i didn't get one! THe side where I am isn't too bad with noise, however on the other side I have seen police over there about three times in one week. I would say not make this apartment your first choice. I will be moving out at the end of my lease!
