I lived in this complex for two years. When I first moved in everything was great but 15 months later (of course after I renewed my lease for another year) things started getting really bad. Apartments and cars were broken into. Cops were there regularly busting drug dealers. The gates to the property broke and were never fixed, so people came and went at all hours. It basically turning from a dream to a nightmare in a matter of months.

As far as management goes....who works there' Every month when I paid my rent there was a completely new staff. I never knew who to expect! I always paid my rent on time, but it never failed that I would get a "late notice" because the staff couldn't find my check. It was just amazing! I would make maintenance requests and usually no one ever came. I eventually gave up and started fixing things myself or paying for someone else to come.

In other words, don't live here if you care about your safety, want a reliable staff, or want anything fixed.
