Decent Place to live

I've lived here for a few months now, and have enjoyed it. My neighbors are quiet, and I never have a problem with parking. It is a nice community with clean grounds. they have a Gym(which is being renovated at the moment)that is 24 hours. They also have a pool and hot tub. There is a nice little creek in the middle of the complex, with bbq pits for a nice sunny afternoon. I also like the fact that it is a gated community. So far, So good.
