Dont believe everything you read. This place is cool. My apartment rocks...and the girls in the office are such hotties. I have never had any issues with maint, neighbors, pests, management.

I agree, this must be from management. After a year away from the place, it still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Still the worst place I have ever lived. Also watch out if it from an anynomous poster, if they think it is so great why wouldn't they want the world to know who they are? STAY AWAY!!

And now...new management and gunshots...it gets worse. It has gone downhill ever since Lincoln Properties gave it up. 3 owners later...it gets worse. I must be crazy to still live here but it's all I can afford because moving is so expensive and time consuming. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I agree with the above ... This review is either a shill from the management, or maybe one of the complex's many drunken partiers describing Lincoln Ridge from inside a six-pack. Lincoln Ridge, under Lincoln, was great. Lincoln Ridge now is increasingly dangerous and unpleasant. It's an awful place.

You must have moved in right before you wrote this (if you actually live here) because you would have had to notice how horrible maintenance is, as well as the rude staff who cannot find a package to save their lives!
