Horrible Place to Live

An apartment locator talked me into moving here, and I'll never use them again. I made the mistake of only looking at the model home when I signed the lease, I didn't actually see my apartment till I moved in. The cabinets and appliances are horrible, very old looking. When I moved in the apartment wasn't even ready....i.e no washer/dryer, no cabient dooors in the bathroom, etc. I turned in 5 maintence requests and nothing ever got done. I tried calling, going to the office, and talking to the head maintence directly. The service is awful. There is plenty of parking, but the spaces are so close together, I'm worried someone will hit my car (they've already hit me once and didn't leave a note). On weekends people like to play their car radio as loud as they can, things in my apartment shake the base is so loud. The pool is disgusting and always green, the weightroom is a joke...the last time I went in there it didn't have a light, so once it got dark you had to leave. This apartment is not safe and if you are a female living alone or have small kids I would definatly look elsewhere. The wood is rotting, the railings are rusty, and the entire complex needs a paint job. I say tear the whole place down and rebuild.
