I moved out back in October, and here it is January and I'm still dealing with these people. First, they tried to hit me with $200 in cleaning and damage fees. That's impossible, that apartment was spotless, I even had professional cleaners help me clean the place. Then I mailed them two checks back in December and they lost both of them. How do you lose two checks!!!! You would think they would be more responsible!!! Absolutly the worst in customer service.
