I have lived here for 7 months. Overall I had a good overall experience. Though the managment is very slow to respond and they are not as helpful as you would like to but sometime the maintanince staff showed up within a day and sometime it took 2-3 days.

When we moved in the management was really really bad in responding but things have improved a bit recently.

The other problem we had was too much noise. There always seems to be something going on at apartment above and below us and sometimes the noise level is unbearable. We have talked to our neighbour who live above but it is not them, it just seem like the consturction is pretty weak overall.

Otherwise, we liked the apartment it is spacious and easy to get on to mopac and 183. If you don't choose the aparment facing parmer, the traffic noise is not noticable.
