My experiences here have been positive for the most part. The people are decent and have great specials. I received 2 months free rent and the rent went from $810 down to $670. Also, the manager Sunshine lowered my deposit from $500 to $300 and that helped out alot. The parking here is average, sometimes you have to park a little bit away from your apartment but its not bad. The only aspect I'm disapointed with is the maintenance. My dome light came crashing down and almost hit my friend and hasnt been replaced yet, (7 months later). I think the residents upstairs may have caused it to come down either by stomping or some other means. Otherwise, this is a nice place to live.
