every apartment complex has their ups & downs. usually folks that come to these sites only complain. i can't say it has been a joy to live here, but most definitely better than most places. the apartment is quiet & some have a good view. you have to be picky about that otherwise you are looking at & hearing cars drive down parmer. the apartments are nice & pretty well layed out. my only complaint is that the (1) dumpster on property is always overflowing & because there is only (1) dumpter on (1) end of the property most folks leave trash by their door & management doesn't enforce folks taking out their trash. one other thing, if you don't like management walking thru your apartment all the time don't move here. at least once a quarter there is a (1) day notice on your door that they will be coming thru to check things out. i'd prefer a 2-3 days notice, but management is usually too "busy" to listen to any suggestions.
