Office staff is about as incompetant as they come! One trash compactor for entire complex, and for most people it involves driving your trash about 1 mile. They will also charge you $25/bag of trash they see in front of your door. Even though I set mine out for about 1 hr before I left for lunch and got a fine. 1st people in our appartment and disposal broke 4 times, AC works when the maintenance guys come but no other time, and PLASTIC rails on the patios. DO NOT MOVE HERE! And over 3 Car break in/thefts in the 1 yr I've been there. NOT SAFE
