I have lived here for 10 months and seen everyone I knew here move out and management change. This place is horrible, you can hear traffic ALL the time and the construction rattles the windows and rumbles the floor. The property fence is even down in places. The new manager is way worse than the last one. Staff changes so often you think you?re walking into the wrong office, and pest control is a joke. Nails are coming out of the walls and the carpet seams were coming undone a month after I moved in and these are supposed to be brand new! Also, when we rented it was $1489/mo and now it?s down to $1170 so the ?bad element? has moved in. It wasn?t worth $1489 and it?s still not worth $1170! It?s like the projects! If you are deaf, you could stand to live here, but that?s the only way!! Do yourself a favor and stay away.
