First of all, they have the address wrong on this site...it's 5400 W Parmer, not Anderson Mill.
Overall this has been a good place to live. My roommate and I share one of the mid-size two-bedroom, which is almost 1100 sq ft - and still not the biggest. We got a great deal. We're located at the back of the complex (nice, quiet location), but a short walk from the pool and fitness center (both of which are very nice).
A few minor complaints...1) it can be a little more challenging getting in and out of the complex because of Parmer traffic, 2) only one garbage dump and it's at the far end of the complex (which would be fine except that I live at the opposite end, so it's a long walk or I dump on my way out of the complex) and 3) it took multiple calls/trials over a couple of months to fix our dryer which wasn't working properly .
No place is perfect but overall it's a great, roomy apartment, nice location, amenities, and staff.
