I lived there for 2 years. My rent went up every renewal, the last time was from $674 to around $720. That is allot for one bdrm at 800 sq ft and no car port and not on the first floor. Plus the renewal was after 6 months not a year.
There were allot of dogs and allot of unpicked up poop around the grounds and in front of buildings. One tenent had poop on their patio. Thankfully she moved out. Trash is left out on landings for days and some people get warnings and other don't. No speed bumps there and cars go flying by. I have seen cans and bottles laying around for days and then they do get picked up but it can be awhile. Mail was bad due to no steady mailperson but I think that is better now. Parking is allful. Not enough spaces. Even if you live on a higher floor no special spaces for long term rentals.
Some of the young girls at the office were not professional and sometimes rude on phone. They make excuses and I even called the manager a few times and no return call. When you call you often get answering service. But I did leave messages with staff not service. Allot of the office staff was let go or they quite and some of the new staff are nice but are young and not experience in this field.
Pool and game room and exercise room are nice but the game room closed early at midnight. Dumpster is often very full and bees are often flying around. Only one dumpster for the whole place. Lots of bees on patio also. I have to say I like the w/d in units and like the computer area. Our electric bill was very high and we set it at 78 in summer. I also like the patio, its large but had many bees so I could not use it. Kichens are on smallish side and not much storage. Hate the carpet and floors. Things I liked it could be a pretty place if there was more grass in front and they need to plant seeds. The theater was nice to have but didnt play movies that we got from blockbuster for some reason. It happened twice.
I liked the maintance staff and new manager and some of the newer people. Found the ladies that were there for a while to be very very difficult and lied to me a few times. There is more but I dont want to get into it as I might be calling for legal advice.

i think it is now $720 for a one bedrm 800 sq ft. no storage or car port only incl. trash.

Wow. That is definitely way too much for that place. Surely over the local market rate. Many other places within 2-5 miles which are much cheaper and at least as nice in my opinion. Thanks for your reply.
