This is a beautiful community, great landscaping, pretty and stylish apts. While I can confirm some of the complaints others have made - one trash compactor, berber carpet not so great, thin insulation between apts, occasional issues with car break-ins (where is this not true'), I must say that it is very sad to see rude things about the management staff, as they have been fabulous the whole time I have lived here. I wonder if the people complaining are just problem tenants that did not like it when mgmt came down on them for the stuff they did wrong. I have NEVER had an issue with getting through to the manager or getting a prompt return phone call if she was not available. I have had some issues (which has been the case every place I've ever lived), but management has always resolved any issue to my satisfaction.

I have not posted anything regarding rudeness of management staff, but I will go ahead that I wouldn't find that too outlandish of an idea. They were extremely sugary sweet to me, but have done nothing to truly resolve the issue original issue which has now become two issues. I was not a problem tenant, rarely called in maintenance requests and kept quiet about everything until a bit before it was time to move out. Management never came down on me, so there is no defense or response to that. The response is to the inability of them to respond or confirm or reply and now to be truthful. I can only assume that the poster of this review is one of three things: an employee at the Lodge, a friend of the employee or an extremely lucky tenant. If you have already moved out, that's awesome for you. If you are still living there, I pray that you have a smooth transition out, whenever you decide to leave. I truly wish you the best of luck.
