When you first move in to an apt its normally near perfect which is the least I can say about this one. The day we moved in the carpet had rips in it and big time signs of wear and tear. The paint on the walls was not so great because there were spots that needed to be painted and weren't especially on the moldings. With the first management, the service guys always responded to your request very quickly. With this new one, its taken a while and even then not all things you list are fixed.

What I do like about the office staff, both new and old, is that they try to have activities to involve all members of the community, like their movie nights but i think they could do alittle more. In my previous complex, we always had happy hour on fridays and once a month we had a live band play.

I've seen better work out rooms though and for some reason, our pool has been kept locked up for the past several months. I think the most beautiful place to sit down and relax and just think is sitting by the pool and unfortunately that is no longer available. ... We have a smaller pool which I think is suppose to be a jacuzzi, but for some reason since I've moved here its never worked, its always been the same temp as the regular pool.

By the way, the apt is very spacious....
