This place is now ridiculous. We've spoken with 3 different/new managers over the course of about 5 months. The oddest thing about that is that we moved out 3 months ago. The initial headache came when they started telling us that we need to pay an extra $300 pet deposit that we supposedly didn't pay on move-in 3 YEARS AGO. So we of course got proof from the bank that we submitted and they cashed all required deposits 3 years ago. Well, that should've taken care of that, but it didn't. That still is unresolved. Then to compound that, we moved out 3 months ago and haven't heard anything about a deposit refund. When I called back in, "oh I hadn't heard from you, so I figured you were taken care of." It's not the customer's job to follow up. Ridiculous. So I'm still pushing at it. I even called in and was told that the manager (Tabitha) had "just left the property for the day." Then when someone else called in for me, she was there. Again, ridiculous. I'll give them a bit more time, but because of principle, legal action is going to be the next step if it isn't resolved soon. Ridiculous.

I know what you're going through! I just moved in and first off the apartment wasn't cleaned very good before we moved in! We didn't say anything but we did the inventory list and turned it in the day we moved in and we have called the front with problems we found in the apartment and it has been three days and they still haven't touched a thing!!!!! Tabitha doesn't return phone calls and they tell you erverything will be fixed in 24 hours....yeah right!! We are thinking about breaking our lease!! It's that bad!!!
