This WAS such a great place to live. Convenient, quiet, modern, beautiful, and well kept. That's why I moved here, but since new management has recently acquired this property, it has gone down, down, DOWN. They are an awful company, and they really don't "manage" anything other than the rent. Here are some "management highlights" - (they raise the rent so that we can have the privilege of dealing with the following issues):

complete neglect/disregard for the trash. there are landfills that are better maintained than the dumpster on the property.

no published office hours, making it very easy for them to be inaccessable because you never know what time they are actually SUPPOSED to be there.

They do not return phone calls, for questions, security, or maintenance issues. they just ignore them in general.

it is not really a "gated community" anymore, since they leave the front gate open 24/7. im assuming its broken and they probably never intend to fix it.

basically, they just collect your (recently raised) rent. if you need them to do anything else, youre screwed.

unless another management company puts this place back in order, my BEST advice is to find another apt complex with a management staff that actually MANAGES!!!!
