Whatever condition the apartments are in now, they are just going to get worse and worse (as has been the case ever since the new management took over). The new "management" DOES NOTHING! So basically, it's the same as living in an abandoned property where no one is taking care of anything, you're on your own, and things have a tendency to go in a downward spiral. If anything goes wrong, you're screwed. You can call someone at the empty office, but don't expect them to answer. And if they answer, don't expect them to take action. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! I don't recommend moving to this complex unless the current MANAGEMENT is THROWN OUT! (As they should be!)
