We moved into this complex last year in Novemeber while our new home was being built. Due to delays, we were there for a year.
Over the year, ownership has changed and site management has changed too many times to count. The complex is running down in a big way. We lived on the bottom floor and with each tenant change above us it go louder and louder....the crashes and thuds would wake you from a dead sleep. A mass of pillbugs that I couldn't get rid of .... Security gates have been broken for over 3 months. Animal feces is all over the ground. Would not recommend this to anyone.
