When we moved in the complex was being managed by another company and it was in great shape. The noise was minimal and the staff was great. Shortly after that management changed and the new bunch was also nice. About a month later, management changed yet again! This time it was obvious that it was all about the money -- gates remained broken, noise was a problem, trash constantly ran over into the street from dumpsters etc. The staff changed several times since that time, but the same mgmt company runs it. The staff as of last week was okay, but the complex condition is declining rapidly. We are glad to have been moving out.
