Absolutely One of Austin's Worst Complexes

MBS began managing this property at the beginning of the year, and they are absolutely horrific. The office staff is completely incompetent, and don't do anything in a timely manner. The gates are all broken, but apparently, this isn't their responsibility. Residents speed through the property and the management doesn't care. There are no speed bumps or speed limit signs (which the office says is 10mph). The property is starting to look dilapidated (missing paint, tons of dead trees all over), and there is only one trash compactor for the entire complex which the management does not have emptied long enough. MBS clearly doesn't care about residents, they only care about MONEY. Don't live here, there are much better places in the area (Riata, AMLI @ Scofield Ridge). Honestly, they have lowered the standards here immensely, and have attracted some unseemly residents. Its noisy and no one is friendly. Beware! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I agree and I've only lived at the Lodge for two days. So far is has been nothing but headaches. When I first entered my apartment, I was shocked at the appearance. The carpet is worn, dirty and ripped. The blinds on the windows were broken as were the screens. The kitchen sink was broken, the toilet seat broken, bathroom sink broken, door to laundry area broken, stains on the wall and the worst painting job I've ever seen. If I could go back I wouldn't have given up my smaller but beautifully maintained, apartment at Riata
