I'm in complete agreement with the comments of other folks who hate this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Management does not give a rat's ass about the satisfaction of the renters here. Security gates have been broken for about 6 months. The grounds do not receive any maintenance - leaves have never been raked, there's no mulch in the landscape, resulting in tons of mud whenever it rains. The AC units are completely inadequate. Our electric bill topped out at $250 during the summer months. Walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything the neighbors are doing or saying. I could go on for paragraphs. Bottom line, if you're in the market for an apartment in Austin, look elswhere.
