I live at the Lodge at Stone Oak Ranch off of Parmer Lane in Austin, TX

I've been living here since last September. Since the day one we moved in, the gate has been broken. After making multiple verbal complaints to the office staff over 2 months, I called MBS Management myself. They lied to me saying there had been a workorder placed and they would get it fixed in 30 days. I confirmed that was a lie because later on when I had talked to the manager, she said the management company does not deal with the gate problems. Anyway, so I continued complaining for past 5 months, and every time they give me all kinds of different scenerios. Now both front AND back gates are broken.

Plus my roommate and I never received 2 access cards stated/promised on our Lease Contract even asking them multiple times.

When you're complaining to them, they shut you off with "Thank you. Good-Bye" --LITERALLY in your face.

So we're sending written notes by certified mail, receipt requested to document everything and take further actions.

Otherwise, facilities and apartment itself is nice and new.
But think twice before you move in.

Ive lived at The Lodge at Stone Oak Ranch for a year and a half. Since day 1 the gates have been broke. There has been, That Ive seen, 2 different car brake ins. They have lost my rent on 3 seperate occasions and i had to pay for the money orders to be reissued. im out of my lease and have no plans on staying in this apartment!!!!!!
