All I have to say is if you look at this apartment and you think it is nice just think about this. If you sign the lease you are stuck with horrible maintanice, rude front office staff, and you will NOT receive your deposit back. I move out about 5 months ago and I couldn t be happier with my new place. I had to fight with the people from MBS for 5 months on getting my deposit back and I still didn t receive what I was suppose to. I just finally gave up and didn t worry about it anymore. It gets really annoying when you call the front office every day of the week and there is someone new. You explain why you are calling and they say "well it s my first day so I don t know what you re talking about". Then you ask for the manager Vanessa, that s a joke to get her to call you back on anything. The pool was closed for 3 months because the city said it was unsanitary. There are hundred more things I could say about this apartment but I don t care anymore b/c I have moved on to a BETTER place. So if you read this before signing go look some where else first!
