I lived here for only 3 months, this past summer, while I was interning in Austin. I did like the apartment complex. I felt safe, the neighbors were nice, and the outside was well-kept. Problems I found were hearing the neighbors above me(which was unavoidable). People drive through that complex fast since there are no speed bumps. There is only 1, trash compactor for the whole complex. This dumpster gets packed to where the tenants place the trash around it. The girls at the front desk are rude, I have to admit. I'm a pretty patient person, but they act like they don't care about their tenants. My roommate actually turned in a work order and it was done within a few days. I saw no problem with maintenance, but overall a good place to live.
