A so called new management company came in last month called Greystar. They sent a letter to all of us saying how great and wonderful this place was going to be with them here and all they have done is managed to let the grounds go to hell! Before they came the property looked so clean that you could not find any trash anywhere except late in the afternoon by the dumpster but that is what you get when there is only one for the whole property. Our clubhouse and movie theater used to look and smell so clean but now it looks like no one has cleaned it in about a month. There are cob webs and dirt all over the bathroom and it smells terrible. The clubhouse kitchen smells like stinky trash and the movie theater looks like it never gets cleaned either. They told us in the office that the gates would be fixed but I have yet to see that happen!
Our grounds look like crap! There is trash everywhere! I am embarrassed to bring my friends to my apartment. The two leasing girls are still there and are always willing to help but the New Manager is rude and very disrespectful. One day I went in there to get a package and the manager had her little girl with her at work! How professional is that' What are they running now a daycare too' Our grounds look like crap!
I wish that we had the old management company back. Sure they had their problems but at least the place was clean! If you can help it don't lease here! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

That is going way too far. Yes, we only have one dumpster now and is across the apt complex and inconvenient and still has the overflowing issue. I would have to disagree with the movie theater, bathrooms and the kitchen smelling. I haven't seen trash everywhere either.. maybe the expected wrapper.. but not everywhere like we live in a landfill. Stop exaggerating so much. They never sent us a letter either telling us how much better they would be. They sent a letter saying it was under new management and if anyone kept leaving their trash bags where the dumpster used to be, there would be a fine for litter.

I live there also and yes they have let it go to pot! You are right the grounds used to be so clean and pretty. At least with the last company you had a Manager that cared about her residents. They may not have had any money to do anything but the trash was picked up every day and you know what they say clean is free! It does not cost anything to be nice to people either. The clubhouse used to be a place that you could go to and bring your friends to play a game of pool or just hang out. Now it is so dirty that I would not even dare to go to the restroom there. At least the old Manager made sure that the place looked good! On more than a few occassions I have gone into the office and found the new Manager with her daughter at work. Come on, keep your kid at home and do your job!
