The apartment is not bad and I don't have a problem with parking but the people in the office SUCK! Rude, unprofessional, condescending, and completely unhelpful. I am definitely not renewing my lease. I'm hoping that I'll get a reason to break my lease because i can't wait to leave. Any residents with complaints should call the corporate office so that something gets done around here! The only person in the office worth anything is ---. Anytime i've had trouble with --- it's because he's the messenger telling me something from -----------------. The manager and asst are both really rude, and not just to me. I've been in the office and overheard one of them talking to a resident and they have zero conflict resolution skills they just outright tell residents that theyre wrong and s**t out of luck.

I will say the positive stuff too though because i'm not just venting.. i want a good rounded review. The parking here is way better than my last apartments. My neighbors are not very noisy but there isnt much insulation so I can hear the guy next door in the bathroom and when he plays music it reverberates though the whole apartment. The layout is pretty good and I like the bathroom setup and the big balcony.

i guess that's about it.. everything else I have is bad. Lots of solicitors at my door, people speeding through the parking lot, lots of bees/wasps nests in the summer that they don't remove. i've never heard anything about pest control here. the trash compactor overflows all the time. they're finally getting rid of the several-month water bill but if you try to ask them any questions about the flyer on the door they very rudely tell you you have to cal the water company like they cant be inconvenienced. they're finally starting valet trash for thirty bucks a month (other places do it cheaper, some for free).

I really hate the staff though. that's the worst part hands down. if it weren't for them i'd be happy. If they don't change I won't be renewing my lease. i'd rather pay deposits somewhere else and have to pack up all my junk and move it again. a year with these people is torture.
