Lovely apartments- right in the middle of the ghetto. Very small and expensive for the location. Neighbors party heavily and loudly and good luck finding a parking space at any given time! The term 'security gate,' is used VERY loosely. Plenty of excitement though- great place to buy good, cheap coke or have your car broken into.
