We have lived at Logan's Mill for a year. It is a fairly quiet place and nicely located (close to 35), but they have their share of problems. Rent is way too high for the area, and ants are a constant problem. We have NEVER had any of our maintenance requests fulfilled, including a leaky roof and a missing screen. Parking is scarce in the evenings. The workout room is lame (and you pay extra for it), and there is no "computer center." They don't even have internet access. According to the Austin Police Department website, there have been a lot of car break ins. So much for the "security gates," which they don't even provide you with a card for, you have to punch in the numbers every time. I wouldn't waste my time.
