The apartment was okay, but the neighborhood was really nasty (seriously ghetto, and not in a cool, rapper kind of way). There were a few occasions when I was scared to go outside of my apartment: One time two guys got in a gun fight while driving down William Cannon, and proceeded to pull into the complex and shoot at each other approximately 20-23 times. My car was scratched and bumped up because people don't give a crap and slam their doors into yours. I would not recommend it to anyone. Oh yeah, and they didn't change out the carpet before we moved in and it was stained and disgusting!!!! We also had a serious ant problem.
One more thing: The "Security Gates"...that is a joke. Every day when I came home from work, there would be a line of people waiting to get in because they either didn't have a card, or didn't live there. If I came home late at night, there would also be people parked with their lights on waiting to follow me in. Just remember one word.......NO!
