You get what you pay for. There is a squirmy little man in the office (Chris) - he struts the place like its a classy dwelling - he's a little pompous man, too. The ladies were cool - but he was freaky. The grounds below my apartment were riddled with dog crap. Im serious, this round tub of goo would allow his dog to crap right in the little grassy area not 10 feet from the bigger area. The office staff NEVER enforced cleaning after your pets, so as one could imagine, it was a landmine - and smelled like . . well . .. crap. The ghetto gate NEVER worked. The little migrant children pissed the pool (you know they did, heck, I did too) - I saw countless drug deals - it was fun, but I couldn't believe I lived there. It was ghetto people. Not reccomended, unless you are from little Mexico - it'd be a small step up for you then. Parking SUCKED too - if you got home after 10 -you were screwed.
