Wow, my stay was not as bad as the other
reviewers. I could usually find a place to park, and did not have any problems with neighbors, etc. The apartment was ok.
I was on a short term lease yet paid 635 for
a one bedroom.

The complaint I have is I gave notice one month in advance, received a move out notice
to pay x bucks which I did.

After paying the required amount on the first of the month, I get a notice of delinquent
rent one week later.

What kind of system is that.
Upon talking to the management she said
they have some new software and didn't catch
the fact they I already paid the required amount. She said they wrongly put out
some delinquent notices.

I suggested that since that was a new system
they should have personally reviewd the delinquenies. Also they could have called or emailed me. Instead they stuck a notice
on my door and I was out the whole weekend.
This basically advertised the fast that I was not there for the weekend.

I was suprised at how negative all the other
review were. Again did not have a problem
living there, just management incompetance
on trying to move out with the incorrect
delinquency notice.

I guess I have ranted enough.
