It's sooo easy for management to write their own comments. The customer service has by all means gone south. If you think about it, if someone had something positive to say, they probably wouldn't sign off as anonymous. (Regarding previous message). Also, this new manager seems a bit bi-polar and maintenance is horrific. Very rude and unresponsive to the needs of us tenants.
