I have lived at Logan's Mill Apartments for almost nine months and can honestly tell you that this property has changed so much since day one. They have repainted the whole property, have a lot of new landscaping being put in, and the office staff have helped me with any problem I have ever had. As far as what some of the other reviews have said about crime or disrespectful neighbors, all they had to do was go to the office and ask about it and they would know that a member of the SWAT team is moving in and will be taking care of any of those type of people.

Every apartment community will have its downfalls but Logan's mill is doing an awesome job on turning everything around which is why my daughter and I will continue to live here as happy residents! :)

Why don't they do something about the tenants' whose family/vistors who do not follow the rules (i.e., pulling open security gates to gain entry into the complex; driving behind tenants who use the gates) You try stalling at the gate and see what happens.

You and I both know that the office is trying there hardest to fix up our community. You can not honestly say you have not seen an improvement from when the new managment started and the old managment left. Thngs are not going to change overnight it takes time. I have stopped at the gate and had people try to follow me in and I just put it in reverse and park my car. People are always going to be able to get into a gate just take the license plate number and give it to the office. I have and they always help me 100%. As far as the families breaking rules I have been at the pool and fitness center when Roberta(the property Manager) has come to ask people if they live here and if they dont she kicks them out. You seems to see a lot of problems maybe you should do what I do and report it instead of sitting around and not doing anything. Problems dont get fixed this way.
