It's not a horrible place overall. I was living there for a year and hadn't had any security problem although my neighter said she saw some weird people. Doing landry was very painful and it took me forever to get there. Dealing with the ladies who are working in the office is very hard. They are friendly only when the first time they meet you. When you return and say I decide to take it, you can see the different attitude. That's probably understandable. But they may change the information which they told you.
I lost thousands of dollars because of them. For instance, when my husband and I signed the lease, they told us we can sublet the apartment since we had already known that my husband's company would take us somewhere else. We trusted them, but when we came to the office with the person who were willing to take over our lease, they said we could not do that. We paid the rent for the following three months and even paid the water fee sixty dollars when we had actually moved out. You may think their rent is a little bit cheaper than others', but you ought to think about some hidden disbursement. I only pay three dollars for my water bill now. It's twenty times cheaper than the money I paid in their apartment where I didn't even live in.

Take another example, I needed a copy of the lease to claim my residency of TX in school. I call them thousands of times to ask it. Because I had moved out of their apart, I thought they were so kind that they say they would fax it to me as long as I fax them my petition. I faxed them four times. However, two month have already past, I haven't receive a single page from them. All right, paying thousands dollars tuitions is better than wasting time with them. I guess it takes them a lot of time to leave reviews here.
Don't trust them! You will lost money for it.
