I spent almost two years here. My maintenance requests were rarely taken care of, and I'm not even ashamed to admit I had to get my mom to call and yell at the office staff. FIRE ANTS were a constant problem, and I was told it was normal to have ants in my apartment. Maintenance staff was very friendly, I think the problem is with the management. We went for several months without a working A/C - that's ridiculous! My bathroom ceiling was ready to fall in due to leaks. Our A/C (when it did work) leaked all over the floor several times. I think our apartment is moldy. Save your time and your patience, move somewhere else. PS- the "security gates" are a joke and very poorly laid out. And it took about 18 months to get a screen on my bedroom window.
