OH MY GOD...This place is just what the other reviewers previously said -- a hole in the wall. Where to start'

1) No AC for the months of August and September, and NO ATTEMPT to fix it until late September. When AC is included in outrageously high rent, I find this unfair and crappy.

2) Do you like hot water' Don't live here if you do.

3) Stairs were a death trap -- they COLLAPSED before the management did anything about it!

4) We had a gas leak late Friday night -- did they come fix it' Nope -- we would have to wait until Monday morning before they could "get around to it". The gas company came out at 2AM Friday night to fix it, at no charge.

5) They kept $200 of our ($700!) deposit, with no listing as to why. When we asked about it, the girl said since she didn't write the deduction on the bill, there was nothing she could do. We fought with them for two months (after moving) to get it back, and finally did.

6) Built of cinder blocks...need I say "ghetto"'

7) Lots of crime, including next door neighbor. Cars got jacked, too.

8) Open wires and cables and such cluttered walkways. In the apartment, there were cables running from spots in the cieling, rather than neatly tucked away or inside the walls. GHETOFABULOUS.
