Crap Hole

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
They've changed management since I left ( so it maight have changed), but the building is horrible, the aparments are ugly, the A/C is central and in some apts. you can't even control the temp. and they decided to change it in summer, it took them 2 months to do it. The neighbours when I was there, were the worst I had seen. It might be close to UT, but I would certainly not recomend it.
