The apartments here are overpriced holes in the wall. I moved in in August and my air conditioner promptly stopped working. I made several calls to the office to get someone to fix it, but no one ever did. The late fees are outrageous, if you miss a friday payment be prepared to pay for a full three days on Monday. At $35 a day this really adds up. The first week I was there the walls were sandblasted and sand got all over everything, and came inside my apartment making a huge mess. I hated my apartment so much I eventually just stopped staying there, and am simply staying with a friend until my lease on this -------- runs out.
