This place is overrated and way overpriced. The management is terrible, the worst company I've ever experience with several outstanding maintenance issues that have literally taken months to get solved. The apartments are nice aesthetically, though some of the construction is a little shoddy (as expected with all these West Campus companies). The units are badly insulated and believe it or not there isn't a garbage disposal. Shared walls are incredibly thin and I can hear my neighbor having phone conversations all the time when it's silent in my apartment -- again, a sign of typical cheap construction.

Overall, the pros would outweigh the cons if rent weren't so expensive. However, 512 Realty knows it can take advantage of West Campus renters especially because of the (unnecessary) hype surrounding Lone Star Lofts, most of which they exaggerate in their ads. If rent prices here seem reasonable to you, then go for it. Otherwise, take it from me and literally every other person I know living here -- it's not as great as it seems.
