I moved in here because it was cheap for me at $500/month utilities. It tends to get really noisy at night, thankfully I'm on the side of the apartment closer to the pool than the frat houses, your results may vary. The lights tend to be out in the parking area, and for the most part the lights in the stairwells had lights that where out.
If you're looking for sleep, good luck. For the most of my stay here, it can be nice and quiet, for the rest, the paper thin walls will allow you to hear your neighbors conversations almost crystal clear. Like the tide, it comes and goes with the changing of the seasons; and what's going on at campus.
If you're a college student, then it'd probably be a nice place for you to party at. Me, I'm a full time worker, and need to sleep at night, not party. As with many others, I feel that I'm just a source of income to those people.
LATE PAYMENTS
This is my biggest problem with this company. You have until the THIRD before you start getting late fees, and it STARTS at $50. EVERY day afterwords is another $10, which wouldn't be bad if it weren't for that initial $50 charge. Most of the other places I have been give you at least a full week.
I will NOT renew my lease with this place EVER, and I will not ever lease with 512 Realty again. Ask them to view your actual apartment before you move in too, they're very shady there after all.
