The first year I stayed here was okay. However, you will begin to notice that you have to wait up to an hour for the NR bus to come around and if you have morning classes say goodbye to sleep! I??ve had classes at 9:30 and have to wait outside atleast 45 minutes early or suffer being late to class since the bus will pass by you one time at least (because it is so full of people).

I have had plenty of trouble with pests, insects, and other creatures.

The manangement is sometimes nonexistant at the Phase 2 office although the Phase 1 office seems to always have people. The gate sometimes will not respond when you type in the code (that??s happened a few times in a semester). However, I don??t have a car so I can??t complain too much about that.

The outside looks great and the inside looks great too.. provided that the person before you didn??t mess it up. The carpet in my apartment were stained and had burn marks. Oh, and the wireless "free" connection requires a $50-75 card and is slow, unreliable, and terrible. Don??t expect getting online everytime you want to. You can call and complain and people will try to help you. In the end, the connection will still suck.
