everything good EXCEPT the wireless internet...i was lied to when moving in...management had told me t1 internet connection. they didn't say anything about wireless internet where you have to shell out an extra 100 bucks for the receiver. then, there was no internet for over a month upon moving in (i was promised internet as soon as i moved in). after the network was up, it was extremely slow for about a half a year, before they were able to get more bandwidth. seems trivial but if you rely on internet daily and are frustrated about not being able to go on the internet, you would understand what i'm talking about. i wouldn't recommend living here...i would advise finding a cheaper, unfurnished apartment. if you want to shell out an extra 100 or so per month per person for a bed, desk, dining table, and couch, go right ahead. wish i'd known about cheaper, unfurnished, apartments out there before i moved in to college park. how misguided and innocent i was. the shuttle to ut during peak times is aweful, expect to be out at the bus stop at least 45 min to an hour before class if you want to make it to class on time...not really the fault of college park, but rather the fact that there are three HUGE complexes right there, on the n. riverside route. if you like lush, green lawn, college park is your place. i personally thought they spent far too much on maintaining that lawn, especially when residents would throw beer bottles and cigarette butts on to the lawn. also, quite a few things wrong upon move in that should have been taken care of prior to move in...missing drawer, cracked door, cracked closet door mirror, big hole in middle of couch, and my personal favorite, big green/yellow stain on loveseat in the living room (i look back and still have no idea what that stain was), just to name a few. also, front office run by college students who don't really give a damn (i maybe wrong, but that's what it seemed like), good maintenance when requested though. ok, i'm done ranting
