I wish my time at college park was over. Since I've moved in I've experienced a roller coaster of headaches associated with my apartment, the management, and the Riverside area. Living at CP basically means you're paying for a shuttle route to campus---even so, the area is getting so congested, you can consider yourself lucky if only 2 full buses pass you by before you are able to catch one. The apartments here are small, and the walls are thin as paper. (i.e. You'll be hearing your neighbors party and sex it up almost every night.) The office staff is a joke. They bake Otis Spunkmeyer cookies for the perspective tenets but loose your rent checks and maintence requests often. Traffic on Riverside is a nightmare, and you're likely to hit at least one to two jaywalkers or vagrants as you leave the complex. While free cable and decent (at times) internet is a plus, the other frustrations far outweigh its perceived conveniences.
