This complex is horrible. The leasing agents are incompetent (except Kristen), the accounting department screws up at least once a month, and the management is rude. The maintenance men are nice and are more than happy to do their jobs but 9 times out of ten the useless people that answer the phones never tell them that you called. I am getting out of here as fast as I can, and I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.
In my 12 month stay I received over $100 in bogus late charges because the accounting department never pays attention to the first name on the checks (God help you if you last name is Smith). The guy who lived above me had a wolf/husky mix that he left on his porch all day that defecated and urinated all over my porch. The management didn't do anything for six months and every time I requested to have my porch pressure washed they would send someone out to "sweep" it. My air conditioner went out in the middle of June and no one told maintenance until the third time I called. I was with out air conditioning from 10pm one night until 4pm the next day all because the leasing agent was too lazy to tell the maintenance men that I was without AC. When I would complain to management they once said, "we don't really care." Security is always there to tell you to turn down your music or to call the cops on your party but they are always missing when people's apartments and cars are broken into.
Bottom line I'd go back to the dorms before I lived here again.
