If you like to party and don't want to purchase furniture, this is the place for you. The noise level is high and you can generally expect the parking lot to be littered with broken beer bottles. My car, along with ten other, was vandalized with spray paint, which did not seem to concern the management. The shuttle is convenient, but crowded. Maintenance was very nice and fixed problems immediately. Apartments were in good condition. Office is staffed by college students who get free rent in exchange for "working," so the service is not fabulous. However, it's much cheaper and no less safe than West Campus.
