Two other guys and I lived here for 2 yrs. Don't ask why we stayed there for another year. My roommate's bike got stolen from the third floor balcony, and that wasn't the first time. The gates were always broken and you would see homeless people walking around. There was always vomit in the pool and jacuzzi. You couldn't even use the pool half of the time because of maintenance. It took forever for stuff to get fixed, if it ever did. We had fire alarms go off at least once a month (and they weren't testing them either).
Worst of all, the noise level. Parties every other night, followed by trash all over the place in the mornings. These parties didn't even stop for exams. It sometimes took 5 minutes to find a parking space. Oh yeah, and wireless internet is the worst. I would say that it worked only 6 months out of the two years that we were there.
