My boyfriend lives here, and I'm here all the time, so I know it's a decent place. Sure, I'll be honest. If you're careless enough, your stuff will get jacked. But that happens everywhere! My advice to anybody who wants to keep all of their expensive belongings: If you have a bike, use a U-lock! If you have a car, don't leave things in plain sight. Especially if you don't have an alarm! If you have a nice after market anything. GET AN ALARM!
This place is a pretty good deal. It's near NR and CP shuttles, management takes care of business, I can still sleep even though the neighbors across the hall have parties every week, the pool and workout room aren't disgusting, if their printers don't work the staff prints your stuff for you (unlike my apt Crossing Place, *ahem*), you can have pets, free internet and cable...
Only downsides: beer bottles and cigarette butts (at least at the front of the complex) and you can hear ambulances and cop cars rushing by on Riverside.
