I'm not really a party kinda guy, so the environment at College Park always rubbed me the wrong way. It's kinda like living in the "Real World". Lots of rowdy college kids. It's like living in a frat houe without actually living in a frat house. How I escaped without commiting homicide is a mystery to me. Anyways, the management is nice and easy to deal with, and maintenance was fast. I got there when they were first built, do I liked the appliances and furnishings. Still, I don't recommend this if you want a home to come to after a hard day at school. This is a party apartment, cut and dry.
